Trees and Time

The trees are my friends

But even the trees can’t hear my

Melancholy

as the wolves run through the forest

and fall into the vast frozen hole

full of linen snow

full of silent rays

the vast hole of time

of society

and as their howls turn into barks

my screams turn into sighs

and as their hair turns into fur

my mind turns into ice

icy snow is all I see

surrounding the trees

icy snow catches time

and freezes life

icy snow is all I can say

after the vibrant rays

break the ice

and the wolves cry with sighs

fall into a womb of words

all makes sense

when you explain

all makes sense

when you forget the pain

the pain of time

The trees are my friends

I say

The trees are my friends

I pray

The trees are my friends

they can’t hear my cries

The trees are my friends

forget time

remembrance of time

is condescending to my mind

  1. I’ve recently started a blog, the info you offer on this website has helped me tremendously. Thank you for all of your time & work. “If you see a snake, just kill it. Don’t appoint a committee on snakes.” by H. Ross Perot.
